HOUSTON SOLUTIONS FOR HOUSING, INC. ("hs4h") is a Texas Non-Profit Domestic Corporation.
hs4h was orginally chartered by the Secretary of the State of Texas in May 2004.
It was re-certified in February 2011
Application form 1023 for recognition was filed with the IRS in June 2011. The determination letter is expected in late fall of 2011.
hs4h has a current financial statement available upon request.
hs4h is located at 4635 Southwest Freeway, Suite 710, Houston, Texas 77027.
The Housing Corporation of Greater Houston ("HCGH") is a collaborative partner supporting the formation of hs4h.
HCGH will manage hs4h facilities and on-site service providers including but not limited to:
1. Career and Recovery
2. Goodwill Industries
3. Harris County Hospital District
4. MHMRA
5. SEARCH
6. Veteran's Administration
